How to request the deletion of your account and associated data

Steps to delete your account

1. Open the Valora app on your Android device.
2. Go to your Profile by tapping the Profile icon in the top menu.
3. Tap the menu icon (three dots or settings) on your profile page.
4. Select "Delete Account".
5. Confirm the deletion when prompted.

What data is deleted

When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed:

1. Your profile information (display name, profile picture, bio)
2. All your posts (photos, videos, and text)
3. Your comments and likes
4. Your chat messages and conversations
5. Your stories
6. Your linked posts and collaboration requests
7. Your saved posts and search history
8. Your activity history
9. Your follower and following lists
10. Your notification data and FCM tokens

Data retention

Account deletion is permanent and processed immediately. All personal data is removed from our servers within 30 days of the deletion request. Anonymous, aggregated analytics data that cannot be linked back to your account may be retained.
